Damages and Returns
Due to the single-use nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds and Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please reach out to us immediately. We can only cancel orders before they have been shipped out.
If your order was refunded, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
